We had a wonderful stay here after a long bus ride from Quito. The location of this hotel is perfect as it is close to the bus terminal, making it convenient for travelers. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they went above and beyond to assist us. In the morning, they even helped us find an ATM and arrange a taxi. The room was spacious and clean, with all the amenities we needed including air conditioning and a mini-bar. The restaurant on-site served delicious meals, and we enjoyed a large dinner there. our experience at this place was comfortable and enjoyable.
Highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious comfort and quality services.

Comfortable stay after long bus ride. Large dinner in restaurant. Helpful staff. Provided assistance with finding ATM and taxi.

Liked the cleanliness and friendly staff. The food was good and the wait staff were attentive even though our Spanish wasn't great. The location was safe, and the hotel offered a comfortable stay.
Disliked the lack of hot water in the shower, which is common on the coast due to the warm temperature.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance from the bus terminal, and the staff helped me arrange a taxi for a reasonable price. the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good. I appreciated that the staff tried their best to accommodate our language needs.
The karaoke and casino were loud and disruptive during the night, making it difficult to sleep even with earplugs.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the clean and comfortable accommodations. the staff were very friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed. the food was delicious and offered a variety of options for breakfast. the location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.
I did experience a lack of hot water during my shower. I understand that this may be a common issue in coastal areas and did not have a significant impact on my overall stay.
